The Vice President of Commercial Sales supporting our Robotics division is responsible for sales and marketing of the Hamilton Robotics product line in all market’s segments. Their primary functions are to ensure that the Hamilton Robotics business objectives are met or exceeded within acceptable profit goals while supporting the direct field sales team.

- Support development of annual business plans and multi-year strategic plans for Robotics line of business
- Work closely with regional managers to evaluate and improve new hire onboarding, product/sales training, support of territory plans, setting pricing guidelines, developing action plans to adjust and mentor sales personnel and when needed, implement best practices.
- Lead / take part in the marketing and sales process and ensure that the relations with the clients are advantageous and efficient. Attend and lead meetings with key clients, at all levels and develop an in-depth knowledge of customer requirements through regular meetings
- Develop the local strategies to grow business
- Improve the technical and scientific aspects of the business units by ensuring the appropriate development and application of new techniques and business processes.
- Participates in and initiates sales, marketing, and product strategy meetings on a regular basis to ensure we remain on target to achieve predetermined goals.
- Collect and maintain up-to-date market information to ensure competitive approach and disseminate data to the sales force as well as the marketing and manufacturing sites.
- Main contact point for use and improvements of CRM from field use to extract for marketing execution.
- A participant in liaising between Hamilton Robotics Product Management groups in Reno and Switzerland for all communication. This is to include but not limited to: technical problems, product improvement ideas, sales support tools needed and demo fleet with functioning, relevant products.
