Responsibilities

  • Collaboration in the Service RMA Process including but not limited to: Return Material Authorizations, FSE Calibration Tools, Repairs, Demos, investigations, complaints, tracking late RMA's and issuing notifications, investigating inventory discrepancies, coordinating dispositions as well sending CN reports to customer after approval and Closing RMA's.
  • Responsible for investigation of missing service stock, Service Cycle counts/inventory adjustments, repacking service parts, verify labeling on product, putting away stock from work order and receiving. Keeping the service inventory organized and ensure adequate inventory of product.
  • Ensuring that returned products are thoroughly inspected for damage, defects and or other issues to take appropriate action to resolve any issues found.
  • Responsible for BZ Returns, RGA requests, purchase requisitions, creating sales orders, assist receiving and purchasing to ensure proper data entry when product returns.
  • Overseeing and tracking of Engineer tool calibration. Tracking of tools due from Field Engineer and in house. Management of Gagetrak. Prepare quarterly meetings with QA. Issue QN's when tools go past due. Record Reader Check Plate data. Ensure tool inventory is at appropriate level. Purchasing tools and having tools repaired.
  • Owning Service RMA Process. Return Material Authorizations FSE Calibration Tools, Repairs, Demo, investigations, complaints, Track late RMA's and issue notifications, Locate missing product, dispositions, send CN reports to customer after approval. Close RMA's
  • Responsible for all installation and repair survey's
  • Coordinate communication between customers, customer service, service engineers, internal departments, and provide information and reports as needed.
  • Service coordinator back up for phones, quoting, and parts shipping.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude, excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills, able to follow procedures, problem solving and decision making.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and perform efficiently under pressure.
  • Ability to work harmoniously within the department as well as interfacing with all other departments.
  • Position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move light objects. 
  • Ability to problem solve by identifying and resolving issues related to returns, such as missing items, damaged goods and or incorrect orders.

Education/Experience

  • Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous Customer Service experience in an order processing environment/inventory control environment a plus.
  • Familiarity with software programs such as Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge on inventory management systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • General Computer Skills, General Office Equipment, Data entry experience, 10 key.
