The Product Support Specialist is responsible for day-to-day technical/sales support for the assigned product line and assists the Product Manager with strategic tasks and projects that promote the long-term, sustainable growth of the assigned product portfolio.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the assigned product line and front-line point of contact for all product-related questions from internal and external sources.
- Conduct sales and service trainings within the organization and with associated channels/partners. Includes performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Review product order configurations as needed.
- Assist the Product Manager in day-to-day activities driving revenue growth—i.e. pricing analysis, competitive technical comparisons and customer complaint documentation
- Work with the Product Manager to identify new market opportunities, develop and launch new products, and manage the existing portfolio.
- Work with group to develop customer-facing product marketing materials.
- Attend internal and external training for product strategy and development.
- Assist with the development and execution of product line business plans.
- Other duties as assigned.
