Responsibilities

Hamilton is seeking a skilled and creative digital marketing professional with a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the marketing team, supporting departments (such as product management), and vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. 

This role also calls for a creative marketing professional, preferably with a writing background and experience with webinars. The candidate should be adept in developing engaging content to attract and retain customers within the Life Sciences industry. Staying current with emerging technologies, marketing trends, and demonstrating exceptional creative writing skills are essential for success in this position.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Responsible for creating engaging social media content across company channels. 
  • Lead efforts to organize, collaborate, and host informative webinars. 
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customer-oriented marketing collateral.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Create and/or assist in scientific content marketing strategies and set short-term goals.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce high quality content.

  • Ensure deadlines are met
  • Utlize CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) to maintain social calendars and schedule posts. 
  • Edit, proofread, and improve content for English-speaking audiences. 
  • Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Willingness to learn about life-science industry and customer needs to generate ideas that increase customer engagement. 

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media, email, webinars, and other marketing initiatives. 
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and strategizing digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate customers. 
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, customer friendly content. 
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools and Google Ads.
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Craft, HubSpot, or other Content Management Software.
  • Familiarity with design tolls such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. 
  • Willingness to appear on camera to host webinars. 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting. 

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing or related field, from accredited/non-profit institution. Masters degree preferred. 
  • Scientific background preferred. 
  • Proven work experience as a content marketing creator. 
  • Expertise in social media platforms.
  • Project management skills and attention to detail.
