Hamilton is seeking a skilled and creative digital marketing professional with a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the marketing team, supporting departments (such as product management), and vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate should have a background in creative marketing, preferably with strong writing skills, and the ability to develop engaging content tailored to the Life Sciences field. Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, marketing trends, and best practices is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Actively support and contribute to the company’s social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to Marketing Content Lead
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Create and/or assist in scientific content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
- Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high quality content
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire new ideas
- Edit, proofread and improve content
- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
- Other duties as assigned
