Responsibilities

Serves as the primary liaison among Sales, Finance, and the Customer, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of quoting, invoicing, and service agreement management.

 

Drive Internal Sales: Manage the sales process for service agreements.

Support Pre-Sales: Assist sales teams by providing quotes and information on service agreements.

Negotiate and Manage Agreements: Handle the management and revision of service agreement terms and conditions.

Ensure Revenue Accuracy: Collaborate with finance on monthly reporting to guarantee proper invoicing and service agreement revenue recognition.

Track Agreement Performance: Generate regular reports that detail the status and performance of service agreements.

Manage Service Agreement Data: Maintain accurate records of service agreements and related assets within the CRM system.

Maintain Pricing and Quoting Tools: Keep service agreement pricing accurate and up to date within the quoting system.

Process CRM Data Corrections: Manage any necessary revisions to service agreement assets and configurations in the CRM.

Contract Expertise: Understand, interpret, and apply legal contracts, including sales agreements and vendor agreements.

Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers via email and meetings regarding service agreement quotes, terms, compliance, and other relevant matters.

Team Collaboration: Communicate with team members by keeping them informed on contract status, pricing, and product details.

Invoice Management: Oversee the invoicing process for all purchased service agreements.

 

Qualifications

  • Five (5) plus years of customer service or similar experience.
  • Must have Microsoft experience, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Technical aptitude and proven sales ability to effectively articulate product value and close deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.  Some college or degree preferred.
