- Minimum 3 years’ experience in software or product quality assurance.
- Demonstrated experience with software and product development lifecycle processes and quality assurance methodologies including defect reporting.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with printed circuit board assembly inspection and IPC certification strongly preferred.
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience operating CNC machines such as lathes and milling machines in a heavy manufacturing environment
- Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field, from an accredited university or institution required.
- MBA or Ph.D. in a science equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in a science laboratory setting using laboratory instrumentation and other wet chemistry laboratory equipment preferred.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of product management experience is preferred.

- Minimum of eight years of compliance experience with UL/CSA/IEC 61010 (or similar standard), EN 61326 and FCC part 15 (Relevant experience equates to eight years of experience with a bachelor's degree; five years of experience with a master's degree.)
- Bachelor’s degree in field related to biopharmaceuticals or biotechnology (e.g. biochemistry, fermentation science, chemical engineering). Master’s degree or PhD are a plus.
- One to two years hands-on experience with process sensor equipment and/or biotech.
- Fluent in at least one programming language with ability to analyze diverse datasets.
