- Currently enrolled in an Accounting, Finance, or related program at a not-for-profit regionally accredited university/college required.

- Demonstrated ability to plan and carry out process improvement projects: Develop the project plan and milestones, establish leading indicators of success/failure, provide timely status updates to stakeholders, and make course corrections as needed to achieve the project goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and rapidly adjust to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in manufacturing test engineering preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing industrial automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI) implementation or sustaining preferred.
- Six/Sigma or Lean certification- Black belt or Master Black belt preferred.

- 10+ years of professional sales experience in Life Sciences.
- Liquid-handling technology industry preferred
- At least 7 years of commercial experience with capital equipment (with proven success).
