- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or similar from an accredited college. - 2 or more years' experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. - Demonstrated competence in troubleshooting, supporting and improving electromechanical systems. - Demonstrated ability to plan and carry out process improvement projects: Develop the project plan and milestones, establish leading indicators of success/failure, provide timely status updates to stakeholders, and make course corrections as needed to achieve the project goals. - Ability to manage multiple projects and rapidly adjust to changing priorities. - Previous experience in manufacturing test engineering preferred.  - Previous experience in manufacturing industrial automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI) implementation or sustaining preferred.  - Six/Sigma or Lean certification- Black belt or Master Black belt preferred.
